Paul Wanjohi Nderitu is a name that has become synonymous with the real estate industry in Kenya. However, beneath the surface of his success lies a web of deceit, philandering, and manipulation.
According to sources, Nderitu's rise to fame began in 2011 when he met Andrew Kamau of Banda Homes. The two formed a close business relationship, but Nderitu's behavior soon raised red flags. He was accused of engaging in physical misdeeds and manipulating his juniors with promises of wealth and a better lifestyle.
Despite his departure from the insurance sector, Nderitu returned to Banda Homes in 2016, where he became a co-director. However, his behavior continued to raise eyebrows. He was accused of having affairs with his staff members, including one who narrated a shocking incident of being taken to an upmarket club in Gigiri, where Nderitu was dancing raunchily with four young women.

Further allegations have surfaced, including claims that Nderitu has been seen flashing wads of cash and showering people with money from a red cash cannon. He has also been accused of paying for the upkeep of over five women in various prestigious estates in Kiambu road.
Despite his wife's concerns about not getting quality time in their marriage, Nderitu has been spotted spending quality time with his new partner, Mercy Njuguna, a church girl who is rumored to be controlling him and scheming to take down his real family.
