Published on August 13, 2019, Andrew Kibe's comments on why Kenyan women are repeatedly dumped have sparked heated debate.
According to Kibe, one of the reasons women are dumped is due to their perceived laziness, particularly when it comes to household chores.
'I don't care how long you have been at my house, whether it's five minutes, how can you leave the bed unmade?' Kibe said in an interview.
He went on to say that women who fail to perform basic household tasks, such as washing dishes or making their bed, are abnormal and are likely to be dumped by their partners.
'It's not normal. Those dishes won't wash themselves, the bed won't make itself, the same way you cannot fck yourself,' Kibe said.
His comments have sparked outrage, with many accusing him of perpetuating negative stereotypes about women.
