Esther Passaris Endorses Imram Okoth as Best Candidate to Lead Kibra ¶
Esther Passaris, a Nairobi County Representative, has endorsed Imram Okoth, the brother of late Ken Okoth, as the best candidate to lead Kibra. Passaris made the endorsement despite the seat not being officially declared vacant for a by-election.

I believe someone from Ken's family will be nominated. I know Ken was running CDF and it would be a joy to have him nominated as ODM candidate so he can complete the CDF projects because he was the manager."
Imram Okoth has been managing the CDF for Kibra for some time now, and has been instrumental in implementing various development projects in the area.
