Published on August 13, 2019, gospel singer Kush Tracey has spoken out against a fake Tinder profile using her photos to attract men on the dating site.

According to a post seen by Pulselive.co.ke, Kush Tracey pointed out that she has never been on Tinder and that a lady identified as Maggie is impersonating her.

'I AM NOT/NEVER BEEN ON TINDER, this just came to my attention (via a friend) and apparently this 'maggie' person is using my pictures as her own to look for friends with benefits nkt I do not look for love/fwb or whatever online asiii and if you are on tinder and ever happen to meet 'me' there just report it's a FAKE account, aye HAVE CONFIDENCE IN YOURSELF AND USE YOUR OWN PICTURES TO LOOK FOR WHATEVER YOU ARE LOOKING FOR MUWACHE KUTUTAFUTISHA VITU HATUTAFUTI,' wrote Kush Tracey.

The impersonation comes months after Kush Tracey ditched the secular world to join the gospel industry. She made the transition after four years in the game, becoming famous in 2015 with a remix of 'Huwezi ni Dandia' originally done by Kristoff.

During the transition, Kush Tracey said she fought with her inner spirit while doing secular music and decided that the year 2019 is all about singing praises and worship songs.
