On August 13, 2019, a heartwarming encounter took place between Liverpool superstar Mohamed Salah and an 11-year-old fan named Louis Fowler.
According to reports, Louis and his younger brother were excitedly waiting outside Liverpool's Melwood training base to catch a glimpse of their favorite superstars, including Salah.
However, Louis's enthusiasm got the better of him, and he crashed into a lamppost while trying to run after Salah's car as it was leaving the training ground.
Despite the accident, Louis's spirits were lifted when he saw Salah's car parked outside his house, and the Egyptian superstar himself came to visit and cheer him up.
Salah took a photo with Louis, who was still recovering from his injuries, and asked him, 'Why are you running like that?'
Speaking on Good Morning Britain, Louis revealed, 'I had a really bloody nose, someone took me home back to my front garden and I just saw Salah's car by our house. I was still spaced out so I didn't really know what was happening, but he got out of his car and posed for a picture.'
Salah's kind gesture has left Louis and his family in awe, with Louis's stepfather, Joe Cooper, saying, 'He's such a superstar, I was just so shocked. It was really congested outside the training ground, so for him to turn his car round and check is just such a nice gesture.'
