Published on August 13, 2019, the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has commended Kenya Airways for its outstanding performance.
According to NCAA's Director for Consumer Protection, Adamu Abdullahi, the airline operated 244 flights in Nigeria within the last six months, with a remarkable record of only 68 delayed flights, two canceled flights, and a single ramp return.
Adamu further stated that the NCAA received only one complaint registered against Kenya Airways, highlighting the airline's commitment to customer satisfaction.
Kenya Airways operates multiple flights weekly to Nigerian cities of Lagos and Abuja, with direct flights to Abuja available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, and 10 flights to Lagos per week, seven of which are direct.
