Paul Pogba Commits to Manchester United ¶
Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has put an end to transfer rumors surrounding his future, committing to the club after a strong performance in a 4-0 win over Chelsea on August 11, 2019.
According to a statement made by Pogba to RMC Sport, he had been considering a move away from Old Trafford but ultimately decided to stay with the team.
"Kumekuwa na fununu lakini baadaye tutajua...bado tunasalia kwenye mjadala huu," Pogba said.
However, he emphasized his commitment to the team, stating, "Lakini niko Mancheste, naendelea kuwa na wakati nzuri na kikosi changu, Nataka kuzishinda mechi. Nitakuwa nikijituma sana uwanjani,"
Manchester United had previously rejected a second offer from Real Madrid to sign Pogba, and the French midfielder has now committed to the club for the foreseeable future.
