Speaking candidly, Nyce revealed that she has witnessed instances of actresses being solicited for sexual favours in exchange for job opportunities, a phenomenon she believes is widespread in the industry.
Although she has not personally been affected by this issue, Nyce has seen how it has impacted her colleagues, leading her to speak out about the need for change.
"There are those who are like that, like huyu dem anaringa na kama hunipei, lenga kuna wasichana wako pale nje wako ready kupanua miguu…It doesn’t make sense to me anyway," Nyce stated in an interview.
Her comments come as a wake-up call for the industry, highlighting the need for a more professional and respectful work environment.
