President Kenyatta acknowledged the significant role that the Islamic faith and culture play in shaping Kenya's distinctive character as a harmonious and caring society.
As Muslim faithfuls across the nation embarked on the solemn festivities, President Kenyatta wished them Eid Mubarak and expressed his appreciation for their contributions to Kenya's cultural and religious diversity.
He noted that it is on the pedestal of this diversity that Kenya continues to build a strong, united, and prosperous nation.
