On August 10, 2019, the Jamhuri Park circuit will be the epicenter of racing as drivers from across the country gather for the KCB Simba Autocross.

The event, organized by Sikh Union Club, will feature 19 drivers competing in various classes, including 2WD Turbo, 2WD Non Turbo, and 4WD Turbo.

Shazz Esmail, driving a 2WD Turbo Class, expressed his confidence ahead of the event, saying, “I just want to have fun, get comfortable and play myself in at my own pace.”

He will be up against Izmir Racing teammate Shalien Mughal and Kunal Patel, who will be competing in the 2WD Turbo Class.

Ken Nteere, a driver from Nanyuki Rally Team, will be driving a Subaru N10 in the 4WD Turbo Class, while Wayne Fernandes will sit out of the event.

The autocross will serve as an exciting prelude to the KCB Kilifi Rally, scheduled to take place in Kilifi County on August 16 and 17.
