According to Mat, men consider four main things as great sex: frequency, variety, fantasies, and intensity.
Firstly, frequency is a crucial factor. Men want to have sex regularly, but not excessively. If a man's desire for sex is too high compared to the number of times you make love, it may not be considered great sex.
Secondly, variety is essential. Men get bored with the same routine, so it's essential to mix things up in the bedroom. Mat advises trying different positions, such as doggie style, cowgirl position, or reverse cowgirl, and even having sex at different places in the house.
Thirdly, fantasies play a significant role. Men have their own fantasies, and fulfilling them can be a great way to spice up your relationship. It could be as simple as having sex at the beach or trying out a new position.
Lastly, intensity is another factor that contributes to great sex. Men want their partners to enjoy sex as much as they do, and the more you can show your enjoyment, the more they feel like they've accomplished something.
