Buupass Expands East Africa Routes with Crown Bus Partnership ¶
Travelers and adventurers within East Africa have more reasons to smile following a new partnership between Buupass and Crown Bus Services.
On August 9, 2019, Buupass Co-Founder Wyclife Omondi announced the partnership, which aims to revolutionize public transport in the region.
According to Omondi, the partnership will bring more convenience to travelers, with the ability to book tickets online or through the Buupass app using a phone or USSD code 877# at any time.
The top routes plied by Crown Bus are from Nairobi to Moyale, Kampala, Busia, and Mumias among others.
Travelers can book the bus by visiting the Buupass website, USSD code 877#, or through the Buupass app, which is available for download on playstore.
Other players currently available on Buupass include Easy Coach, Green Line, Modern Coast, Palmers, and East Africa Shuttles, which have their destinations up to Arusha, Tanzania at affordable rates.
East Africa Shuttles have been operating in the region for years, providing affordable transportation options to travelers.
With this new partnership, Buupass is set to revolutionize public transport in the region, providing more options and increased convenience to travelers.
As Buupass Co-Founder Sonia Kabra noted, the sector still has great potential that has remained untapped, and this partnership is a major milestone in exploring new routes.
