On August 8th, 2019, Little Simba Dylan Naseeb turned two, marking a significant milestone in his life. To celebrate this special day, his parents Diamond Platnumz and Hamisa Mobetto threw him a stunning Lion King themed birthday party.
Unlike his father's previous relationship with Zari, Diamond and Hamisa have maintained a relatively smooth co-parenting relationship, despite their rocky start and past public squabbles.
During a press conference, Diamond praised Hamisa for her understanding and cooperation in their co-parenting journey, stating, "I always make sure that I provide for my children to the best of my ability. That is why you don’t hear of any issues I have with my Tanzanian baby mama Hamisa Mobetto. Though we have had issues in the past, Hamisa is very understanding."
When asked about why he unfollowed his kids with Zari but not Hamisa's Dylan, Diamond explained that Zari had blocked him from following their children, making it appear as though he had unfollowed them. He also accused Zari of using their kids against him, but expressed hope that she would eventually change her ways.
"Unajua kule Mama yao kaniblock, sasa uniangalia kwa mtandanao utaona kuwa siwafollow. Lakini I follow my kids. You know when you separate as partners but you have kids together, the person living with them might use them against you. But ni hasira tu najua after sometime zitaisha na mambo yatakuwa sawa." Diamond said during the press conference.
