Get ready for a smartphone shopping extravaganza in Nairobi CBD this weekend as Xiaomi Mi 9 and Mi 8 will be available at a 90% discount during the opening of the Mi Store.
According to Xiaomi Kenya, the Mi 9 will be priced at a massively discounted price during the event, with the phone usually priced at around Kshs 45,000. This means you could easily pocket the discounted Mi 9 for a lowly 5,000 bob or thereabout!
The Xiaomi Mi 9 packs nearly all the bells and whistles of a flagship handset released in 2019, including Qualcomm's Snapdragon 855 chipset, a Super AMOLED screen protected by Gorilla Glass 6, a base RAM of 6GB, a tri-lens main camera, an under-display fingerprint scanner, fast wired (27W) and wireless (20W) charging, and so on.
Other phone models will also get a discount of up to 80%, which is just insane. But you’ll have to attend the event to stand a chance of snagging one of these since they’ll be available in limited quantity and served in a FIFO system.
