On August 8, 2019, Juventus announced that they would not be selling Paulo Dybala to Tottenham, effectively ending the transfer talks.
The proposed move was initially put on hold by Manchester United earlier this month due to Dybala's wage demands.
Despite this, Tottenham are still set to sign Fulham's England Under-21 left-back Ryan Sessegnon for £25m, with midfielder Josh Onomah moving to Fulham in the opposite direction.
Spurs had previously abandoned their interest in Sporting Lisbon's Bruno Fernandes due to the asking price.
Paulo Dybala joined Juventus from Palermo in 2015 for £23m and scored 10 goals for the Italian champions last season.
Under new manager Maurizio Sarri, who took over in June, Dybala has continued to impress, scoring in a friendly against Novara in Turin on Wednesday.
