Published on August 8, 2019, a 5-part series by Millard Ayo exposed the dirt in the relationship between Zari Hassan and Diamond, which has been a subject of public interest for over two years.
Despite her initial bitterness, Zari confessed to being at peace with Diamond after forgiving him for the pain he caused her and their children.
She revealed that Diamond lied to her in a live radio interview, claiming she cheated on him with Peter of P-Square and her body trainer.
"There is something about forgiveness and I have learned to forgive him and his mistakes because now I’m in a better place," Zari said.
However, Zari also accused Diamond of cheating on her and fathering a child outside their relationship, despite his denials.
"I wanted to make a long-lasting marriage with Diamond and he even knows that I did not cheat on him with any man," Zari stated.
Responding to Diamond's earlier claim that the worst thing Zari did was cheat with Peter from Nigerian duo P-Square, Zari set the record straight, revealing that the pictures Diamond posted were from 2011, when she was still with her late husband Ivan.
As Diamond is currently on tour promoting his music under The Wasafi Festival, he has not responded to Zari's claims.
