Businesswoman Zari Hassan has been making headlines with her recent marriage to a South African man in a private ceremony held in South Africa.
During an interview with a Tanzanian journalist, Zari revealed her plans to give her husband twins, but expressed concerns about her tight schedule.
“Yea (I’m still interested in giving him twins) but it’s scary saa hizi kubeba mimba na hizi kazi ninazo,” she said.
Despite her busy schedule, Zari believes she is still fertile and healthy, and has even considered getting a surrogate if she is unable to carry a pregnancy to term.
Her ambitious family plans include having ten children, a desire she attributes to her old-fashioned and traditional upbringing.
“Kids are beautiful, nilitamanai kupata watoto kumi unajua watu wa zamani walikuwa wanazaa,” she said.
