Manchester United has rejected Real Madrid's second offer for Paul Pogba, worth £27.6 million, in a bid to sign the French midfielder.
The offer, which was made after United initially turned down a previous bid, is part of a larger deal that would see James Rodriguez join the club as well.
According to The Times (UK), Real Madrid has confirmed that they have added Rodriguez to their offer, which is valued at under £150 million, as they continue to pursue Pogba.
United had previously rejected a bid for Pogba, but Real Madrid has persisted in their efforts to sign the midfielder, who has been a key player for the club.
Real Madrid has also signed Donny van de Beek from Ajax, after United turned down their initial offer for Pogba.
Marcelo Bechler, a journalist, has reported that Real Madrid and Ajax have reached an agreement to sign van de Beek for £60 million, and are in the final stages of negotiations over his contract.
