Published on August 7, 2019, Madini Classic has revealed that he has long forgiven Kenyan comedian Eric Omondi for allegedly conning him of Ksh 60,000.
According to Madini, he had approached Eric Omondi to help him popularize and market his music, but Eric allegedly duped him of the money.
'50 bob to me is a lot so when I lose money it hurts especially when you lose it in such a manner,' Madini said in an interview.
Madini further revealed that his management dropped him after Eric Omondi allegedly duped him of Ksh 5,000, leading to a loss of trust.
'I lost my management because they thought Eric and I had colluded to steal from them,' Madini explained.
Despite forgiving Eric, Madini believes that only Eric can help him undo the damage by talking to his management and explaining that they did not collude with him to rob them.
Weeks ago, Madini had shared screenshots of the conversation between him and Eric Omondi and the cash transaction messages.
