The event, which has garnered over 2 million sign-ups, is set to take place on September 20th at the 'Extra-terrestrial Highway' near Area 51, a highly classified United States Air Force facility in Nevada.
Area 51 has been at the center of numerous conspiracy theories surrounding extraterrestrial life, with claims that the US government has housed aliens and their spaceships in the restricted facility.
In response to the event, the US Air Force has warned against storming the area, stating that they are ready to protect America and its assets.
The event's creator had initially planned to use the event to direct people away from attempting to storm the base, but with the page back up, he may now be able to reach his 2 million+ audience.
