Radio Maisha presenter Mbaruk Mwalimu has joined the ranks of car owners in Nairobi, acquiring a brand new Toyota Land Cruiser TX. The achievement comes just months after he joined the Standard Group-owned station from Milele FM.
According to Pulse Live, Mbaruk Mwalimu took to social media to express his excitement, saying, “Nothing beats cruising around in your dream car and riding above the rest. Good morning Africa”.
Before joining Radio Maisha, Mbaruk Mwalimu hosted the breakfast show at Milele FM alongside Billy Miya. The duo parted ways with the station in July last year.
Before coming to Nairobi, both Mbaruk and Miya worked for Baraka FM in Mombasa.
On joining Radio Maisha in July 2018, Mbaruk Mwalimu expressed his excitement, saying, “Show ikiwa kubwa, unapiga pamba safi, pamba nyepesi. Karibu kwenye saa nne za burudani habari na interaction kibao. ndani ya @radiomaisha Good morning!”.
