Published on August 6, 2019, American actor and preacher Michael Job has been a hot topic in Kenya since his arrival, largely due to his uncanny resemblance to Hollywood's depiction of Jesus.

However, his presence in the country has been marred by fake stories and baseless allegations, including claims of deportation and death.

But, contrary to these rumors, Michael Job is very much alive and has been spotted preaching in Nakuru.

He took to Facebook to express his gratitude for the 'hundreds of souls' that got saved during their mission, saying, "Today Paul Maurer and I received the opportunity to preach on the CFAN outreach truck. Hundreds of souls made a decision for Jesus to be the Lord and Savior of their lives. So many children receiving Jesus, praise the Lord! "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation." Go out and preach the gospel to someone today. God will fill you with his boldness as you speak. He is waiting for you. Bless you! Thank you for praying for us!"

Michael Job has also had to fend off claims of deportation, with some individuals spreading false reports about him being Jesus, his second coming starting in Kenya, and being deported with pastors from the country.
