Media personality Anyiko Owoko has officially said goodbye to being single after marrying her mzungu boyfriend, Tomas Maule, in a traditional wedding on Saturday, August 3, 2019, in Molo, Nakuru county.
According to Anyiko, the day was the best of her life as she brought together her family and that of her loved one. She expressed her gratitude to her stylist, Brian Babu, who made her day a success with the beautifully crafted attire.
Anyiko met her now husband back in the day, and through combined efforts from friends, including Sauti Sol's Bien, they started dating. The couple's relationship has been a subject of interest, with Anyiko sharing that they 'hit it off' from Day 1, after 100 days of friends cajoling them to be together.
Anyiko took to social media to share her joy, saying, 'Yesterday was the best day of my life because my entire family met the entire family of the man of my life & now we are 2 in 1.' She also thanked her friends and family for seeing them fit for each other even before they had a real conversation.
Anyiko's traditional wedding ceremony doubles up as the dowry-paying ceremony for the Kenyan beauty. The event was attended by Sauti Sol, celebrity stylist Brian Babu, and Anyiko's close family and allies.
