Gospel singer Pitson has been forced to put his music career on hold after being advised by doctors to stop singing for the next couple of months.
According to Pitson, doctors have instructed him to rest and drink plenty of water after discovering damage to his throat, which has made it difficult for him to sing.
"I went to see a doctor after I was unable to sing and they said I am not going to sing for the next two months because my voice is damaged," Pitson told the Star.
As a result, Pitson has had to put the release of his new song, 'Turudishie', on hold, which was set to be released later this month.
"Turudishie' is a song seeking God to redeem the gospel industry, as most of us have left God and it is time to come back to him," Pitson explained.
