On August 5, 2019, a significant change occurred at Buildcon Football Club in Ndola. Serbian coach Srdjan Zivojnov had resigned, citing differences in football ambitions and philosophies with club proprietor Mr. Moses Mubanga.
Following his resignation, Zivojnov's assistant coach, Tenant Chembo, was elevated to the position of acting head coach. This decision was confirmed in a press statement.
