Belgian topflight Club Brugge have completed the signing of Liverpool goalkeeper Simon Mignolet in a five-year deal worth £6.4 million this summer.
On August 5, 2019, Mignolet was part of the Reds team that beat Tottenham Hotspur to win the Champions League title last campaign.
He made two appearances for Jurgen Klopp's side as they conquered Europe for the sixth time at the end of the 2018-19 season.
Before jetting out to Belgium, Mignolet said his goodbyes to Reds teammates in London in the early hours of Monday.
Reports from the Merseyside outfit claim Jurgen Klopp was initially planning to make Mignolet as back-up to Alisson, having thought the Belgian would remain at Anfield beyond this summer.
