According to Juma Jux, the relationship's demise was triggered by a seemingly innocuous Instagram post featuring Vanessa Mdee with Ice Prince.
Speaking to Dozen Selection, Juma Jux revealed that he became jealous and questioned his trust in Vanessa Mdee after seeing the picture, leading to a heated argument.
'I texted her, 'What is this, delete it.' She asked me 'What is wrong with the picture I am just performing.' Based on people's words, it made me question my trust in her and I told her it is not a good picture and this is what caused a big fight between us,' Juma Jux said.
He further confessed that his actions were extreme and not right, stating, 'To be honest, what I did was extreme and it was not right. That was the main cause of your breakup. We went for more than eight months without talking.'
It's clear that Juma Jux regrets his overreaction, acknowledging the entertainment industry's complexities.
Since the breakup, Juma Jux has moved on and is currently dating an Asian lady, whom he frequently showcases on social media.
Vanessa Mdee's sister, Mimi Mars, was the one who publicly announced the breakup, citing the couple's painful separation.
