Kenyan smartphone users now have a more affordable entry-level option with the price reduction of Nokia 1 Plus to KES. 8,300. The device was launched in the Kenyan market early 2019 and is HMD Global's cheapest phone this year.

At its original price, we felt that Nokia 1 Plus was overpriced, but at KES. 8,300, it is worth considering. However, it's worth noting that devices like the Xiaomi Redmi Go are still much cheaper with the same specs and better cameras.
