Kenya vs Tanzania: Chan Qualifier Returns to Kasarani ¶
On Sunday, August 4, 2019, Kenya and Tanzania will resume their hostilities in the second leg of the Chan qualifiers at Moi Sports Centre, Kasarani.
The first leg of the qualifiers ended in a 0-0 draw in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania, and both teams will be seeking to progress to the next round of the competition.
Kenya, the clear favourites, will be buoyed by home support, while Tanzania will be hoping for a victory or a goalscoring draw to earn them progression.
Kenya's coach, Sebastien Migne, has no injury concerns and will have a fully-fit squad to select a strong line-up from, but his main headache could be in the attackline, where he will be hoping the call up of Tusker hitman Boniface Muchiri will boost the forward line with creativity.
On the other hand, Taifa Stars will have to contend with the absence of injured goalkeeper Aishi Manula, David Mwantika, and Ibrahim Ajibu.
The match will kick-off at 4PM (East Africa Time) at Moi Sports Centre, Kasarani.
