On August 4, 2019, a shooting occurred in the Oregon District of Dayton, Ohio, leaving multiple people injured.
According to Terrea Little, a spokeswoman at Miami Valley Hospital, the hospital received 16 patients from the shooting, but their conditions were not disclosed.
The Dayton Police Department was called to East Fifth Street shortly after 1 a.m. and confirmed they were investigating a shooting in the area.
An employee at Ned Peppers, a bar on the street, posted on Instagram that 'all of our staff is safe and our hearts go out to everyone involved as we gather information.'
