On Saturday, Wadadia hosted Oserian Ladies in a highly anticipated Kenya Women's Premier League match at Mumias Sports Complex.

Wadadia's Miriam Kurgat and Margaret Anyango scored crucial goals in the first half, with Kurgat capitalizing on a defensive blunder from Oserian's Pharis Lwosi in the 16th minute.

Oserian tactician Hudson Ondari, on the other hand, attributed their loss to poor finishing, stating that his forwards created many scoring chances but failed to convert them into goals.
