When asked about his growth locally, Burna Boy stated that Nigerians recognize him now only because the world does. He emphasized that everyone plays their own role in the world, and no role is more important than the other.
Furthermore, he was asked about his wealth, to which he replied, 'You are only as rich as where you come from, and Nigeria has a lot of poverty.'
Burna Boy draws inspiration from Fela Kuti and has shown potential to be one of the biggest artistes in Africa with massive collaborations in his 19-song album.
