Polycarp Igathe, the Managing Director of Equity Bank, has made a significant career move by joining Vivo Energy as Vice President Sales and Marketing.
According to a report by Bizna Kenya in September last year, Igathe was appointed Managing Director of Equity Bank Kenya, marking a new chapter in his career.
At the time, James Mwangi, the Group Chief Executive and Managing Director of Equity Group, praised Igathe's strong values and passion, saying he had quickly fit well into the Equity Group organizational culture.
As Vice President Sales and Marketing at Vivo Energy, Igathe will be responsible for driving sales and marketing strategies to take the company to the next level.
Before joining Equity Bank, Igathe served as Nairobi County deputy governor, and his appointment as Managing Director marked a significant milestone in his career.
As of September 1, Igathe will take up his new role at Vivo Energy, bringing his wealth of experience and expertise to the company.
