Senator Murkomen called on fellow leaders to 'bury the hatchet' and return to the party's founding principles, while Rachel Shebesh emphasized the need for good governance and respect for the late Joyce Laboso, who was a friend to both leaders.
Many dignitaries, including President Uhuru, Deputy President Ruto, and Raila Odinga, attended the memorial service.
