Bournemouth in Pursuit of Victor Wanyama's Services ¶
According to reports, Bournemouth is in the final stages of negotiations to sign Tottenham's Victor Wanyama, who has been out of action due to a groin injury.
Wanyama, 28, has been a key player for Spurs, but has struggled with injuries in recent times. The Kenyan international has been linked with a move to Bournemouth, who finished 14th in the Premier League last season.
Spurs have been keen to offload Wanyama, who has two years left on his contract, and Bournemouth is believed to be willing to offer a significant deal to secure his services.
Wanyama has been a key player for Kenya in the past, having played in three AFCON matches for the national team in Egypt last month.
Spurs have been strengthening their squad in recent times, signing French midfielder Tanguy Ndombele from Lyon for a reported £65 million.
Wanyama's potential move to Bournemouth comes as a surprise, given his experience and quality as a player. However, it remains to be seen whether the deal will go through.
