Fort William, a team from Scotland's Highland League, has finally broken their 73-game winless streak with a 5-2 victory over Nairn County in the North of Scotland Cup on July 31.

According to reports, the team was overjoyed with their performance, describing the feeling of their massive victory as 'unbelievable.'

Fort William, who have picked up nine players on loan, look a better team than before, as Nairn County manager Ronnie Sharp discovered.

Sharp observed post-match, 'Fort William will be a tougher prospect next season. We will be looking to make a lot of changes to our team.'

Fort William's win comes after a dismal last season, where they drew two games and lost all the rest, recording minus seven points after being docked points for fielding an ineligible player on three occasions.
