On August 1st, 2019, Jamaican dancehall legend Konshens announced on Twitter that he would be performing in Kenya on September 7th.
As part of his preparations, Konshens is seeking two talented Kenyan vocalists to join him as backup artists for the show.
He proposed a singing competition where two winners would get to perform as his backing vocalists on the 7th and possibly get to perform solo as well.
Additionally, Konshens hinted that he may consider producing and releasing a song for the selected vocalist.
“Singers in Kenya?? Like real vocalists?? I think I am gonna do a singing competition where two winners get to be my backing vocalists on my show on the 7th. And maybe get to perform solo too?? And maybe have me produce and release a song for them too?? Should I?”
