Ruto also confirmed ongoing infrastructure projects, including the Western Bypass and Karimenu Dam, which will supply water to Nairobi and Kiambu.
Several Jubilee Party MPs, including Alice Wahome and Kimani Ichung’wa, echoed Ruto's criticism of ODM's "handshake" strategy. Ichung’wa urged anti-corruption efforts to remain nonpartisan, stating, "Investigating agencies must conduct credible probes and charge the right individuals." The remarks followed recent tensions over party alliances and governance priorities.
