Two emergency response centers have been established at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport to support families of passengers aboard the Ethiopian Airlines flight that crashed on March 10, 2019. The facilities, located in Terminal 1D and the Four Points By Sheraton Hotel within the airport, aim to provide information and privacy to relatives while the Kenyan government awaits the aircraft's manifest from Ethiopian Airlines.

Transport Cabinet Secretary James Macharia confirmed the centers' setup, emphasizing their role in assisting families during the ongoing investigation. A dedicated hotline, 0733666066, has been activated for relatives to contact emergency response teams.

Kenya Airport Authority Managing Director Jonny Anderson reported that all 149 passengers and eight crew members aboard the Addis Ababa-to-Nairobi flight were confirmed dead following the crash.
