Ruto warned against 'propaganda and falsehood' in anti-corruption efforts, asserting, "Repeating a lie will not make it the truth." The allegations implicate Treasury Cabinet Secretary Henry Rotich, a close ally of Ruto, though no formal charges have been filed.
