Published on July 31, 2019, the Dala 7s is scheduled for August 10-11 at the Mamboleo Showground in Kisumu.
Mwamba RFC, the champions of Kabeberi Sevens, will face hosts Kisumu, Northern Suburbs, and Resolution Impala Saracens at the Dala 7s, the third leg of the Nations Sevens Circuit.
Pool B consists of Kabeberi Sevens runners-up Menengai Oilers, who are joined by varsity sides Masinde Muliro University and Strathmore Leos, plus the invitational side Western Bulls.
Pool C features Kabeberi bronze medalist Top Fry Nakuru RFC alongside Nondescripts RFC, varsity side Mean Machine, and Kabras Sugar RFC, who returns to the circuit after missing Kabeberi Sevens last weekend.
The current standings have Mwamba RFC at the top with 39 points, followed closely by Kakamega champions KCB RFC with 37 points.
The draw for the Dala 7s is as follows:

- Pool B: Menengai Oilers, MMUST, Strathmore, Western Bulls
- Pool C: Nakuru, Nondies, Machine, Kabras
