Gospel singer Mr. Seed recounted the emotional experience of supporting his wife, Nimo Gachuiri, during her labor and delivery of their son. The couple welcomed a 3.5kg baby via normal delivery after a prolonged labor that required medical induction.
"I was so heartbroken to see Nimo crying and screaming as she delivered, but the moment I heard our baby cry, I found peace," Mr. Seed shared. He emphasized his presence in the labor ward throughout the process, expressing gratitude for the successful outcome.
Nimo Gachuiri described the labor as painful but ultimately worth it, noting that her due date had passed by 10 days before doctors induced labor. The couple’s child was born on Tuesday evening, with Mr. Seed stating the delivery was a fulfillment of his prayers for a natural birth.
"There were options for normal delivery and C-section, but I prayed to God she would conceive normally," Mr. Seed told a local publication. He later posted on social media: "Welcome to the world, my Little Star—3.5kg. The labor and screams were all worth it. Thank God for normal delivery."
