Standard Chartered Bank Kenya has introduced enhanced Priority Banking services designed to help clients achieve financial goals through personalized wealth management solutions. The program focuses on providing tailored financial services for clients with diverse needs, from investment advice to digital banking capabilities.

Mortgage Innovations and Financial Flexibility

The bank has launched a mortgage fixed margin campaign offering Priority clients a 2.5% discount above the Central Bank rate for the entire mortgage term. This initiative includes waived legal fees and valuation costs for mortgage transfers, aligning with the government's Big Four agenda on home ownership.

Digital Banking Advancements

Standard Chartered has expanded its digital banking infrastructure, enabling clients to conduct transactions via ATMs, CDMs, mobile apps, and online platforms. Features include video banking, global account access, and auto-FX capabilities for seamless international transactions.

Consumer Financial Solutions

To address urgent financial needs, Priority Banking clients receive a Sh200,000 courtesy overdraft with options to increase the limit. Additional services include unsecured personal loans up to Sh7 million and Platinum Credit Cards with exclusive rewards and a Sh2 million credit limit.

Personalized Financial Guidance

Each client is assigned a relationship manager supported by investment advisors and insurance specialists. Regular market updates, fund manager interactions, and customized financial planning ensure clients stay informed about local and global investment trends.
