Meanwhile, Mombasa-based Grain Bulk Handlers seeks approval to establish 33 silos at Nairobi's Inland Container Depot, leveraging a government mandate requiring rail transport for local cargo. National Environment Management Authority Director General Geoffrey Wakhungu confirmed the company has submitted a proposal for the terminal.
