Bancy Muthoka, a resident of Naimasia in Ngong, is urgently seeking assistance in locating her one-year-old son, Emmanuel Wamwere, who was allegedly taken by a domestic worker on Saturday.

Muthoka reported the incident to Ngong police station on Tuesday, citing unsuccessful efforts to locate the househelp, Hannah Nyansorora, who had been employed for 21 days. The mother revealed she did not obtain the worker’s identification details as she lacked an ID.

"I returned home around 4 p.m. to find the door locked despite warning the maid not to leave without a key," Muthoka stated. She filed a report under case number 21/3/3/2019 after the worker failed to return, adding, "I haven’t slept for four days."

Police traced the worker’s phone signal to Isinya but have not yet located Emmanuel or arrested Nyansorora. Muthoka has repeatedly visited the area since Sunday in search of her son. The domestic worker was introduced through a friend who is her aunt, according to the mother.
