A Jkuat student was taken to Thika Level 5 Hospital after being stabbed in the High Point area while walking with his girlfriend, according to reports.
The attack occurred when the student, identified as Mofasa Shawn, was confronted by two individuals. His girlfriend's cries for help prompted nearby residents to intervene.
One assailant fled the scene, while the other was killed by the crowd. This incident follows a separate attack in February when a first-year student at the university was fatally stabbed while resisting robbers.
In a separate incident, a Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) student died after falling from the sixth floor of a building on campus. Police stated the male student fell from the hostel and died instantly.
