According to witnesses, the conflict began after the parents' younger child left home following a disagreement. Vicky described how the situation deteriorated, stating, "We don't know what triggered it, but it started with arguments. My father later took the child to a relative's home, but the younger sibling remained with us."
The younger child reportedly returned to the family home at night, leading to a confrontation. Vicky recounted, "The younger sibling arrived late at night, and my father was already at the relative's house. My mother was alone when the younger sibling entered and attacked my father."
Joel, the father, denied direct involvement in the incident. He told authorities, "I was not present during the attack. My wife was injured, but I was elsewhere at the time." He later alleged, "The younger sibling's actions were motivated by financial gain. My wife was not at the scene, and this should be resolved through legal channels."
