Real estate developer Goldenscape Greenhouses has partnered with Silverstone Properties to launch the Aman Haven Investment, a Sh1.65 billion initiative enabling greenhouse investors to transition to homeownership. The program allows participants to use 85% of their agricultural returns as down payments, with Silverstone Properties facilitating flexible payment terms.

Goldenscape Group Chairman Peter Wangai emphasized the project's accessibility, stating, "We understand that they would want to own a home but possibly they can’t at the moment. This plan allows them to own a home with flexible payment terms through Silverstone Properties Limited." The housing developments will span Nairobi, Kajiado, Nakuru, Laikipia, and Nayandarua counties.

The initiative combines Goldenscape's greenhouse leasing model—where investors receive biannual returns over three years—with Silverstone's property development expertise. Wangai highlighted the affordability strategy, noting, "It will also be the first of its kind in Kenya to be 15% off in the real estate industry, not mentioning the affordability, quality, and flexibility in payments." He added that the 15% discount relies on strategic planning and emphasized the project's focus on long-term value over profit margins.

Investors will contribute additional annual funds to cover housing costs and may utilize the Goldenscape Sacco for loans. Housing options include villas, townhouses, apartments, bungalows, and massionattes, tailored to individual savings levels.
