HF Group has introduced a property sales initiative offering up to 30% price reductions on residential units across Nairobi and surrounding areas. The campaign, named Shika Nyumba na HF, includes financing options for mortgage-based purchases.

HF Group CEO Robert Kibaara emphasized the program's role in expanding home ownership opportunities, stating, 'This promotion makes our existing properties more affordable for Kenyan residents and the diaspora. We've reduced prices by 30% on 700 maisonettes and apartments in prime locations, including properties developed by HF and those supported by our financing.'

The three-month campaign, running from March 4 to May 31, 2019, involves 20 accredited agents to accelerate sales. Key projects available include Komarock Heights Apartments, Kahawa Downs Apartments, and Woodley Springs Apartments, among others.

Additional developments nearing completion include 248 units at Richland Pointe (March 2019), 152 units at Precious Gardens Phase 2 (September 2019), and 80 units at Clay City phase 1A (January 2020).
