On July 31, 2019, Botswana's national football team, the Zebras, arrived in Zambia ahead of their crucial CHAN Second leg Qualifier match. Led by coach Mogomotsi Mpote, the team is determined to secure a spot in the 2020 African Nations Championship.

Speaking on arrival at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport, Mpote emphasized his team's fighting spirit and goal to win. “We are here to fight and try to win this match,” he said.
